Our client, A reputable Mechanical Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Ireland, with a specific focus on, commercial, educational and healthcare, sectors. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout Ireland

• €55-65k salary

Responsibilities:

- Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance, inspect systems, and repair or replace faulty components.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions with quality workmanship.
- Tools & Work Area: Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle; keep work areas clean, orderly, and safe.
- Documentation & Compliance: Complete job reports, track parts used, and follow health, safety, and company regulations.
- Client Interaction: Assess client heating/cooling needs and respond to occasional emergency or after-hours calls.
- QEHS Responsibilities: Follow Navio’s Quality, Environment & Health & Safety system, contribute to objectives, and suggest process improvements

Requirements

- Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, adaptability, and positive work ethic.
- Time Management: Excellent punctuality and attendance.
- Technical Aptitude: Mechanical and technical skills with ability to diagnose and solve issues efficiently.
- Qualifications: Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and full clean Irish driver’s licence.
- Experience: Fully qualified Refrigeration/HVAC Technician with completed apprenticeship.
- Industry Knowledge: 3–4 years post-trade experience and strong understanding of HVAC electrical and mechanical systems.
