SSA is recruiting Intermediate Quantity Surveyor's on behalf of a building contractor for positions based in Waterford, Wexford, Kilkenny, South Tipperary.

About the role:

This newly created role offers an excellent opportunity for someone to gain diverse experience with a multidisciplinary business. You will be working in a fast-paced office with regular site visits, reporting to a Senior QS. The ideal candidate will have post-graduate contractor experience, working either as a QS or an Estimator.

This business is a well-established Irish building contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the education, healthcare, commercial, and residential sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You will gain full cradle-to-grave experience, playing a key role in the successful delivery of high-profile projects.

Position requirements:

- BSc / MSc degree in Quantity Surveying
- Min. 2 years post-graduate QS experience
- Valid working rights within Ireland / Europe
- Previous residential or commercial project experience
