SSA are recruiting Quantity Surveyors (Intermediate & Senior) on behalf of a leading Civil Engineering Contractor, with positions available across Mayo, Kerry, Cork, Cavan & Longford.
Due to continued project awards nationwide, our client is expanding their commercial team across multiple regions.
About the roles
These are site-based positions with strong support from senior commercial management. You will be involved in the delivery of civil engineering projects such as roads, utilities, groundworks, public realm, and infrastructure works.
Key responsibilities include:

Key responsibilities include:
- Full commercial management of civil engineering projects
- Cost control, budgeting, and monthly financial reporting
- Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts
- Valuations, variations, and change management
- Monitoring project costs and preparing forecasts
- Identifying and mitigating commercial and contractual risks
- Liaising closely with site managers, engineers, and clients
