SSA is recruiting an Intermediate Mechanical Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a well-established Mechanical Contractor for a position based in Co. Mayo.
About the role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with mechanical experience to join an established commercial team and take responsibility for the commercial management of mechanical packages on large-scale projects.
You will be involved across cost control and reporting, subcontractor management, valuations, variations, procurement and change management, working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and site teams throughout project delivery.

- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 3–6 years post-graduate experience
- Previous experience working with mechanical packages
- Strong understanding of M&E contracts and cost control
- Experience with valuations, variations, procurement and subcontractor accounts
- Strong commercial and communication skills
- Full driving licence
- Valid working rights within Ireland / Europe
