Job Description

My client is a well-established and highly respected M&E Design Consultancy that is currently seeking an Intermediate Electrical Engineer to join their Dublin office. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer looking to further develop their expertise in electrical building services design, technical coordination, and project delivery within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will become part of a busy and experienced team involved in the design, project management, and construction supervision of a diverse range of projects across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial, and other sectors.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver detailed electrical designs throughout all stages of the project lifecycle
• Produce schematic drawings and coordinated layouts using 2D AutoCAD and/or Revit for 3D modelling
• Prepare technical specifications, schedules, and data sheets
• Conduct site surveys and inspections
• Assist with the preparation of cost estimates and technical reports
• Support the development of contract documentation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards
• Provide general project and design support as required

Requirements

• Third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant industry experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
