Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical) - Tipperary

SSA is recruiting an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a world class Contractor, to be based in South Tipperary.
About the role:
Site-based on a large-scale project with a leading engineering contractor, you will report to the Senior QS and support the commercial delivery of the works. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the preparation and management of variation accounts, maintaining cost and change logs, supporting monthly CVR reporting and cost forecasting, assisting with subcontract procurement and negotiation, and managing contractual correspondence with key stakeholders, along with broader quantity surveying duties as required.

Position requirements:
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
- 3+ years post-graduate experience in a QS role
- Demonstrated mechanical construction experience (essential)
- Experience on life sciences or heavy industrial projects
- Valid working rights within Ireland
