About the role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join an established team and gain hands-on commercial experience across a range of specialist construction projects.

You will work alongside experienced members of the commercial and project teams, assisting with subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations, cost reporting, measurement, tendering and the general commercial management of projects.

About the company:
Our client is an established specialist contractor delivering sports pitches and associated construction works, including synthetic and all-weather playing surfaces.

They work on projects across Ireland and offer an excellent environment for a Junior QS looking to develop their commercial experience within a specialist area of the construction industry.

Position requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Graduate to 2+ years' QS experience
• Strong numerical and communication skills
• Construction experience beneficial but not essential
• Full driving licence beneficial
• Valid working rights within Ireland
