SSA are currently working with a leading M&E contractor to find a M&E Estimator to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
The Ideal Candidate:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for M&E projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
- Work collaboratively with the project and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in M&E estimating (electrical focus advantageous)
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Trade qualification or degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
