Our client, A reputable Mechanical Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Ireland, with a specific focus on, commercial, data centre, pharma and sectors. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout Ireland

About the role:
• Office based role with occasional site visits
• Join a highly reputable Mechanical Contractor
• Excellent opportunity to grow and develop with an established industry leader
• Working on 30 million data centre project
• €70-80K salary (DOE)

Responsibilities:
- Mechanical BIM Modelling: Develop, update, and maintain detailed HVAC, piping, fire protection, and other mechanical models; interpret drawings and design data accurately
- Technical Support: Resolve model-related queries, assist engineering teams, and ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans, standards, and Level of Detail requirements.
- Coordination & Clash Detection: Collaborate with other disciplines, perform clash detection using Navisworks, and issue coordinated models and reports.
- Quality Assurance & Documentation: Maintain accurate model data, produce red-line and as-built models, and manage BIM documentation and coordination reports.
- Construction & Handover Support: Provide models for installation, commissioning, and asset handover; support smooth transition from construction to operation.
- Health, Safety & Compliance: Adhere to site safety standards, IMS/ISO requirements, and promote safe design through accurate modelling and coordination

Requirements
✔ Have 5+ years’ experience as a BIM Modeller
✔ Come from a strong mechanical background
✔ Have proven experience coordinating large-scale Data Centre projects
✔ Take ownership of BIM coordination on a €30m Data Centre developmen
