M&E Estimator 

SSA are recruiting an M&E Estimator on behalf of a leading international engineering contractor delivering high-value projects. You will join a growing estimating team, preparing accurate and competitive estimates across Mechanical & Electrical works while working closely with commercial, construction, and project teams. This opportunity suits an ambitious M&E Estimator looking to progress into a Senior Estimator role within a short timeframe.

Requirements:

• M&E estimating experience and knowledge of systems, installation methods, materials, and specifications.
• Ability to prepare take-offs, price tenders, and assess supplier and subcontractor quotes.
• Understanding of costs, commercial risks, margins, and profitability.
• Strong communication and organization skills to deliver accurate estimates on time.
• Relevant engineering, building services, or quantity surveying qualification, or equivalent experience.
