About the role:

Duties include (but not limited to):
• Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure compliance with project standards and QA requirements.
• Support the design team by developing and documenting engineering solutions, calculations, and sketches for review.
• Interpret Design/IFC drawings and specifications to confirm project scope and prepare client RFIs.
• Assist in reviewing coordinated construction drawings, preparing technical submittals, and managing approvals.
• Review supplier and subcontractor packages to verify alignment with project specifications and design intent.
• Coordinate procurement schedules, BCAR inspection plans, and on-site activities including automated layout and quality checks
Position Requirements:
• Hold a Level 7/8 Degree in Mechanical Engineering, demonstrating a strong foundation in engineering principles, design, and problem-solving.
• Possess at least 2 years of relevant industry experience, preferably within the mechanical, construction, or building services sector.
• Proficient in key software tools including AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to efficiently produce and review technical documentation.
• Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear collaboration with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
