Our client, a leading Mechanical Contractor, is currently seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to join their team in Dublin. With a strong portfolio of completed and ongoing projects across Ireland the UK and Europe, the company offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth.

About the role:

Duties include (but not limited to): 

• Review mechanical designs, drawings, and technical submittals to ensure compliance, coordination, and project quality standards.
• Oversee on-site mechanical installations, coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders to maintain programme and performance.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, ITPs, quality records, asset registers, and compliance submissions.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities, ensuring systems are delivered in line with specifications.
• Promote health, safety, and quality compliance while applying strong technical expertise across HVAC, piping, BMS, and building services systems

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification
• 5+ years’ experience in mechanical building services or construction engineering
• Experience working with live hospital environments
• Full Irish working rights, must live in Ireland
