Our client, A reputable Design & Build Contractor working directly with Clients to upgrade existing and build new Water and Wastewater Treatment
Plants. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout Ireland

About the role:

• Covering projects in nationwide - based in Limerick office 
• Join a highly reputable Design and Build contractor

Responsibilities:

Support the Project Manager to effectively deliver the project.
• Manage procurement process to maintain project schedule deliverables.
• Manage sub-contractors
• Prepare H&S documentation including Construction Stage H&S documents, Method Statements, Risk Assessments and conduct safety checks at various sites.
• Carry out document control, recording & transmitting information & drawings to subcontractors and/or RE staff using the document control system
• Assist Project Manager in the production of progress reports to the Client
• Liaise with both the site delivery teams and the design teams to close out design queries arising during the course of the works
• Site surveying and setting out
• Site quality assurance checking
• Compile Operations & Maintenance manuals and safety files for handover to the client/operations team

Requirements

• Strong understanding of full project lifecycle across design and construction.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage project programs on large-scale builds.
• Minimum of 3.5 years’ experience with a successful track record.
• Relevant trade background or third-level qualification in construction or engineering.
• Full clean driving licence.
