Mechanical Project Manager 

We are currently recruiting for a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor who are looking to add a Mechanical Project Manager to their team to work accross a number of Large scale Commercial and Residential Projects in London. They are looking for someone to come in and manage the project lifecycle who has the ambition to move into a Senior Project Managment role within a short space of time.

Duties may include:

• Oversee MEP project delivery from initial design through to commissioning, close-out, and final handover.
• Ensure all works meet agreed scope, programme, budget, and quality objectives.
• Assess MEP designs and technical submissions against project specifications and industry standards.
• Manage procurement and supplier and subcontractor performance, maintaining effective coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Track progress, address risks and delays, and uphold high Health & Safety standards throughout the project.

Requirments: 

• Relevant Project Management qualifications
• 3+ years experience of Project Management
• Ability to work in a team
• Enthusiastic can-do attitude 
• honest and reliable character
