Our client, A reputable M&E Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Ireland, with a specific focus on commercial, and industrial projects. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout Ireland

Duties include (but not limited to):

- Manage mechanical projects from pre-construction to handover
- Prepare and control project programmes and cashflow
- Procure plant, materials and subcontract packages
- Coordinate design with consultants and internal BIM teams
- Manage site supervisors, engineers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with H&S, quality and technical standards
- Control budgets, variations and final accounts
- Attend client, design and site progress meetings
- Oversee commissioning, O&M manuals and project close-out

Position Requirements:

- Trade or engineering background in Mechanical / Building Services
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience delivering mechanical packages €500k+
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, LPHW, CHW, ventilation & controls
- Experience in commercial and industrial environments
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Strong commercial awareness and reporting ability
