Duties include (but not limited to):
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and high-quality project outcomes.
• Demonstrate a strong track record of completing mechanical projects on time and within budget
• Ideally experienced in managing combined Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects.
• Possess solid commercial and contractual knowledge, including project P&L management and team development
Position Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience following professional qualification.
• Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering required.
• Strong IT proficiency with solid knowledge of relevant software and CSA processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Track record of managing medium to large-scale building services projects, healthcare experience a plus
