Project Coordinator - ICI Construction

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000
A reputable Construction Management firm is currently looking to add a Project Coordinator to their growing team in Woodbridge, ON. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career while working on a variety of commercial, institutional, and construction management projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administration
- Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, meeting minutes, and project documentation
- Assist with scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and change management processes
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams
- Track project progress, deficiencies, and closeout documentation
- Assist in maintaining project records and ensuring documentation accuracy
- Support projects from pre-construction through closeout
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience in construction coordination or project administration
- Experience working with a General Contractor or Construction Management firm preferred
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project workflows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore or MS Project
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
