Project Engineer / Project Manager to join their team in the Greater Vancouver Area. This is a leadership-focused role where you will be responsible for overseeing technical projects from planning through execution, working closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
The role offers a competitive salary of
$125,000, depending on skills and experience.
The Opportunity As Project Engineer / Manager, you will take ownership of multidisciplinary engineering projects, ensuring that technical, financial, and scheduling objectives are achieved. You'll act as the main liaison for clients, guide project teams, and provide technical expertise while ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and deliver engineering projects by developing scopes of work, concepts, and execution plans.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships to maintain strong communication and project alignment.
- Oversee change management processes, addressing impacts to scope, budget, resources, and schedule.
- Provide technical input and project advice to clients, supported by senior engineers and technical specialists.
- Allocate and manage project resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements through proactive quality and risk management practices.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent discipline).
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a multidisciplinary engineering environment
- Strong technical foundation across various disciplines, with a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
- Solid understanding of engineering practice and regulatory requirements in Canada.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- P.Eng. designation required.
