Project Lead - Life Sciences Construction (Germany)
Permanent | Salary €120,000-€135,000 + package | Locations: Munich, Frankfurt, Dresden (Germany-wide flexibility)
An exciting opportunity to join a leading international construction company expanding its Life Sciences operations across Germany. We're looking for an experienced Project Lead to deliver complex pharmaceutical and biotechnology projects within a long-term, stable team environment.
About the Role:
Based initially on a major pharmaceutical project near Munich Airport, you will take full project leadership responsibility across all construction phases. Additional projects are scheduled in Frankfurt, Dresden, and future Life Sciences sites across Germany.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery across engineering, CSA, and site teams
• Ensure German compliance, GMP standards, and pharma-grade execution
• Drive schedule, client communication, and contractor coordination
• Support cross-border operations in Germany, Switzerland, and wider EU

Requirements:

• Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
• EU citizenship required (for EU mobility)
• Proven experience leading pharma/Life Sciences or semiconductor construction projects in Germany
• Excellent understanding of local building regulations and safety standards
• Willingness to relocate or travel across multiple projects within Germany
