Key Responsibilities - Lead a variety of planning projects including master plans, servicing strategies, intensification studies, hydraulic modeling, and Class Environmental Assessments (EAs)
- Coordinate closely with peers and project managers across a collaborative infrastructure planning team
- Apply technical expertise in stormwater, water distribution, and wastewater collection systems
- Produce high-quality deliverables such as technical memos, servicing studies, hydraulic models, GIS mapping, and client presentations
- Support proposal development and contribute to business development activities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with municipal and private-sector clients
What You Bring - Background in engineering, planning, or related technical discipline
- 8+ years of experience with water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure planning
- Familiarity with municipal engineering standards and Class EA processes, particularly in Ontario
- Understanding of servicing and network analysis, hydraulic modeling, and infrastructure cost estimation
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of leading or coordinating multi-disciplinary teams
- PMP or other professional designations considered an asset
- Software proficiency relevant to infrastructure planning (modeling, GIS, analysis tools)
