About the Company
They are a leading construction-focused engineering firm based in Greater Vancouver, specializing in delivering high-quality mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) solutions for commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. 

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models in Revit for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Customize Revit families, templates, and workflows to MEP standards.
• Collaborate with coordination teams using Navisworks, Revizto, clash detection, and coordination meetings.
• Support construction documentation and shop drawing production.
• Assist with BIM execution planning and QA/QC of models.
• Coordinate with field teams to resolve clashes and support prefabrication workflows.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in BIM, Mechanical, or Architectural technology; or relevant engineering experience.
• 2+ years experience with Revit MEP and coordination tools.
• Familiarity with MEP systems understanding and detailing.
• Detail-oriented, strong team collaboration and communication skills.
