�� Senior Construction Estimator - Kitchener, ON

�� Salary: Up to $120,000
 
Our client is looking for a Senior Construction Estimator to join a respected general contractor in Kitchener! The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in ICI construction across Ontario and a proven ability to deliver accurate, competitive estimates for commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.
 
�� Key Responsibilities:

• �� Prepare detailed cost estimates for ICI construction projects (materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor pricing)
• ��️ Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• �� Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accuracy of estimates
• �� Track bid results and maintain historical cost data
• �� Support preconstruction planning and value engineering initiatives

�� Qualifications:

• 10+ years estimating experience in ICI construction in Ontario
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Ontario building codes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction estimating software
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
