SSA Group are working with a market leading HVAC Contractor based in North Brisbane seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineering Lead/Design Manager to join the ever expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HVAC design across commercial construction projects
- Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams and clients
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a junior engineer
- Support project delivery from concept through to commissioning
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years Project Engineering experience in QLD
- Strong experience in HVAC design within construction
- Ability to lead projects and communicate with stakeholders
- Experience mentoring or managing junior engineers (preferred)
- Salary range Circa. $140,000 - 160,000 base + Package
- North Brisbane location
