Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 (based on experience)
Start Date: Immediate / Negotiable

A high-end residential developer with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional, design-led homes is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a prestigious new development of three bespoke houses in Marlow.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company known for its commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail in the delivery of luxury properties.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Demonstrable experience managing the full build of luxury homes from groundworks to handover.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades.
  • Meticulous eye for detail and high standards for finishes and quality.
  • Thorough understanding of CDM regulations, RAMS, and Health & Safety compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors, materials, logistics, and site operations efficiently.
  • Comfortable using digital tools for site diaries, programme updates, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient site management.
  • Maintain an accurate electronic site diary with daily logs, labour records, and progress updates.
  • Conduct daily briefings, manage subcontractors, and drive programme alignment.
  • Ensure all works comply with statutory regulations and internal quality standards.
  • Oversee site logistics, including plant, materials, deliveries, and welfare provisions.
  • Create and review RAMS, lead toolbox talks, and carry out site inductions.
  • Maintain up-to-date as-built records and coordinate necessary inspections.
  • Liaise professionally with local residents to minimise disruption.
  • Upload key documentation, progress photos, and reports to the central server.
  • Chair weekly subcontractor meetings, documenting minutes and action points.
  • Update and manage 12-week lookahead programmes and assist with procurement planning.
  • Ensure the site remains clean, well-organised, and aligned with a premium product finish.
