Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily site operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and deliveries to maintain efficient project flow
- Monitor progress and report regularly to the Superintendent and Project Manager
- Enforce health and safety compliance across all site activities
- Support quality control through inspections and hands-on involvement in finishing details
- Troubleshoot and resolve site issues to minimize delays
- 5+ years of experience in a Site Foreman or similar supervisory role within residential construction
- Proven track record delivering 6-storey wood-frame multi-family projects (condos/townhomes)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Solid understanding of construction safety standards and practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with consultants, trades, and the development team
