SSA Group are seeking a Site Manager on behalf of a Main Contractor in Kildare.

About the Role
The company is seeking a Site Manager with proven experience delivering projects from initial site setup through to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, including supervising site teams and subcontractors
• Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the Project Manager to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with project teams, including commercial and engineering staff
• Manage subcontractors and site personnel to ensure smooth operations
• Inspect ongoing and completed works to ensure compliance with specifications
• Handle site incidents proactively and efficiently
• Implement and maintain the site Safety Management System
