Job Description

A well-established Tier 2 builder in Queensland is seeking experienced Site Managers and Site Supervisors to join the business ahead of several upcoming projects expected to commence in the near future.

Although there is no active project currently live, the contractor has a strong forward pipeline and is proactively engaging site leaders with proven new-build experience operating within Tier 2 systems and procedures.

Project values are anticipated to range from $2M to $15M, with locations across Brisbane, Caboolture, Ipswich, and the Sunshine Coast.

The builder delivers projects across a broad range of sectors, including commercial, education, aged care, health, industrial, infrastructure, retail, and hospitality, and operates under multiple delivery models such as Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), Construct Only, Design & Construct, and Construction Management.
