�� We're Hiring: Site Superintendent

�� Stratford / Kitchener / Woodstock
 
�� $100K - $110K
 
Are you an experienced Site Superintendent ready to take charge of an exciting industrial new build?

Our client is looking for a proven construction leader with a strong track record in precast/steel ground-up projects.
 
�� What You'll Be Doing

• Lead site operations from start to finish — safety, scheduling, quality & budgets.
• Coordinate subtrades, suppliers & site teams to keep projects running smoothly.
• Solve on-site challenges quickly and keep stakeholders in the loop.
• Drive compliance with health & safety standards.

✅ What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience with managing Big Box, Industrial, Storage and Manufacturing Facilities, from the ground up
• Experience with managing Structural Steel and Precast projects/ builds
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• A history of delivering successful projects
