�� Now Hiring: ICI Construction Site Superintendent ��
 
We are seeking an experienced ICI Construction Site Superintendent to join our team and lead the delivery of large-scale institutional, commercial, and industrial projects across Ontario.
 
�� About the Role:
As the Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing new build steel structure projects and can effectively coordinate subcontractors, enforce health & safety standards, and maintain high-quality workmanship.
 
�� What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in ICI construction within Ontario
• Proven track record with new build steel structure projects
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts

�� Compensation:

• Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000
