Our client is urgently seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead commercial and institutional construction projects in the Belleville/Ottawa region.
About the Role
As Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for the on-site management, coordination, and execution of construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What They're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 5 years of local experience in commercial and institutional construction
✅ Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, safety protocols, and daily site operations
✅ Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
✅ Must be able to start within 2 weeks due to project urgency
Salary
�� $100,000 - $115,000 annually, based on experience
