Our Client is currently seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join their team, with a focus on healthcare and hospital construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering projects that directly impact communities.
 
�� Position Highlights:

• Role: Site Superintendent
• Salary: Up to $110,000
• Location: Local projects
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of local experience managing hospital or healthcare construction projects

�� Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to deliver seamless project execution
• Monitor and enforce health and safety standards, particularly in sensitive healthcare environments
• Conduct regular inspections, progress meetings, and reporting to Project Management
• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction

✅ Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Site Superintendent in hospital/healthcare construction
• Strong knowledge of ICI construction practices, codes, and safety standards
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple trades effectively
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to anticipate and resolve on-site challenges
