Senior Foreman / Superintendent – Bridge Construction

Project: Major Bridge Replacement – Golden, B.C.
Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Foreman or Superintendent to lead a critical infrastructure project in the heart of B.C. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected civil contractor with a track record of delivering high-quality concrete, formwork, and structural projects across Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations and manage crews on a high-profile bridge project
• Oversee complex concrete formwork, falsework, and structural installations
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
• Ensure work complies with specifications, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Support scheduling, material planning, quality control, and daily reporting
• Mentor junior foremen and foster a culture of accountability and safety

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of civil construction experience, with a focus on bridge building and formwork
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects
• Strong understanding of structural concrete, shoring systems, and rebar installation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project drawings
• CSTS, First Aid, and other site safety certifications are considered assets
• Willingness to relocate or work rotationally in Golden, B.C. for the duration of the project
