Your focus in this the position will be on the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities by finding and engaging with new clients through referrals, networking, and prospecting. You will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients by delivering superior customer service.  Client engagement will occur through office visits, meetings, presentations, check-up calls, and follow-up emails. You must have the confidence to interact with design professionals and consultants in the commercial building industry.  You must also have the ability to work as a team member with our internal marketing, preconstruction, engineering and operations departments to effectively service clients.

Job description:

  • Expand project portfolio by finding and engaging with new customers through referrals, networking, and cold calling.
  • Maintain new and existing client relationships through office visits, meetings, presentations, check-up calls, or follow-up emails.
  • Educate designers/clients about the benefits of ETFE technology. Conduct Lunch & Learn Presentations and Webinars.
  • Assist in the development of project pursuit strategies in collaboration with management.
  • Develop and implement accurate project-specific information for clients and design team to ensure proper product application.
  • Create and execute sales projections and revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of management.
  • Regular reporting of sales progress, costs/budget to management.
  • Effectively apply our business development methodology and enforces sales standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure sales collaterals are complete and current.
  • Work with the project team members as necessary to ensure delivery of quality service.

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Marketing or Business)
  • 10+ years of work experience in sales or technical industry.
  • Architectural or engineering background is a plus.


  • Travel is expected 30% of the time.
