SSA are recruiting on behalf of a Carpentry and Joinery division of a construction group serving the Commercial and Residential sectors in London. Our client is actively looking a CAD Technician to join their design team.
It is essential that candidates possess the following:

- Technical Joinery Experience essential
- 2D AutoCAD essential
- Relevant qualification in the right background
- Revit & BIM experience preferable
- Doorset knowledge with current regs/fire ratings desirable
Responsibility & Duties

- Prepare setting out drawings, cutting lists, and material schedules, overlaying of other trades’ information to prevent clashes
- Reviewing client drawings to identify and incorporate any variations
- Detailed full site technical drawings
- Working with high attention to detail from master drawings
- Ensure drawing compliance
- Reporting to Design Manager
- Work on projects up to £11m
- Ensuring they have relevant drawings and information required
