Contracts Manager RC Frame/Gwk’s London
About the Client: My client is a leading RC Frame/Groundworks subcontractor in London. They are a well renowned contractor with a strong client base. They have a current turnover of £100m and work on projects to the value of £25m.
About the role: This contractor has had successful tenders on schemes across London and now need senior operational expertise to help with the workload. They are seeking a Contracts Manager to join them and are open to a Project Manager stepping up. You will be responsible for up to 3 projects ranging in value from £3m up to £12m. You will have strong site support and join an existing teams of Contracts Managers and report directly into the Construction Director.
About the requirements: You need to have at least 5 years experience at a senior level within the RC Frames/Groundworks sector. You will ideally be degree qualified but relevant experience could suffice. You must have strong communication skills and have previous experience of managing large teams.
