Contracts Manager – Groundworks Sub contractor – Northern Home Counties – £90k
Our client predominantly operates in the Groundwork, reinforced Concrete and civil engineering sector. They are a small to medium sized company which is comfortable in delivering projects ranging from £250,000 up £6m. They are continuing to grow and have plans to take on larger projects.
About the role: Due to continued growth, and with several projects starting in the coming weeks, they are now seeking a hands on Contracts manager, with a real brand in the groundworks industry. Someone who has real live, relevant site experience that can push this already growing specialist client forward to the next level. You will need to be technically very strong, client focused, but with a hands on approach also, as well as being able to work well under pressure, as you will be head contracts manager, and the main person operationally.
About the requirements: They would require a hands on Manager, with a driven and determined approach to deliver on time. Someone very much client focused, able to deliver, and help drive things operationally. You would need to have at least 10 years Groundworks experience. The client would be open to a Project Manager looking at taking the next step.
