Document Controller – Rail & Civils
About my client: Our client, a Civil Engineering Sub contractor based in North London who have a proven ability to deliver large projects at a high quality with over 25 years’ experience and a turnover in the region on £100M a year with a strong pipeline of work with clients such as London Underground & working on HS2


  • Ensuring all documentation and information flows are up to date and accurate on all sites, whilst providing integral admin support to the Operation/Commercial delivery team.
  • Ensuring that progress meetings are managed and that the progress reports are prepared and issued in a timely manner.
  • Admin support will vary from site to site, depending on the site needs and requirements.
  • Prepare and issue Progress reports, using standard formats, in a timely and presentable manner.
  • Providing admin support as and when required.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experience:

  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Team player
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office essential. (Excel & Word)
  • Willing to take ownership of a work task, produce the information required to high standard, within the time scales set
  • Confident communicator
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
