About the role: This is going to be a role within the business answering into the Estimating Director. You will be joining a team of Estimators and you will take the lead on the larger projects. They are predominately recognized as a Demolition contractor. It’s a genuinely fantastic opportunity for a bright, professional and driven Estimator to join a subcontractor with a great name in industry.
About the Candidate/Duties:
- Acknowledgement and understanding of Demolition
- Strong Commercial Experience within a construction subcontractor ideally as an Estimator but would consider a surveyor open to moving over.
- Ability to work in a team environment whilst nurturing junior colleagues
- Be able to complete projects independently and within a team
