Exciting Opportunity for a French Polishing Manager to lead a division with a leading Joinery Contractor in London. This candidate will lead a team of 2/3 French Polishers and work on high end residential construction following carpentry installation works.
It is vital that this candidate has the ability to work on their own innovative, possess exceptional managerial skills and implement ideas of how they can improve processes.
The ideal candidate will:
· Ideally have min 5/6 years’ experience in a similar role
· Has experience in working with, Corian, metal, lacquer finishes as well as repairs to woodwork at site level
· Have a passion for delivering high quality joinery products
· Client facing skills
· Ability to lead a team of French Polishers and to work as part of team
· Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate points well to Directors, Clients and other members of the team
· Exceptional problem-solving skills to deal will issues as they arise
· Flexible in approach depending on project specific requirements
