About the role: You must be able to provide Pre and Post Contract Planning services and advice to all construction, estimating, surveying departments and clients’ representatives on time, resource and performance requirements on individual projects.

- Advanced user of Asta Powerproject programming software.
- BSc (Hons) Construction Management & Planning or similar.
- Very good communication and presentation skills.
- Development of projects from pre-construction through to on site delivery.
- Knowledge of complex structures and construction methods.
- Adaption & compliance with processes & procedures.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
- Understanding of key project activities & the full construction process
- Previous experience in Deconstruction industry preferred.
