About the role: My client has a need to add some seniority to their commercial team and require a degree qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor with significant major projects experience within the specialist civils sector – Demolition, Sub-Superstructure. You will take the commercial lead on their major projects and also help mentor some of the junior commercial team. You will be reporting into Commercial Director level and they will provide you with significant responsibility.
About the requirements: You must be degree qualified and must have at least 2 years Senior Commercial experience within the within the specialist civils sector. You will also need experience of leading large scale works and managing a commercial team and training & developing them up to a high level.
