About the Company: A leading RC Frame/Groundworks contractor which has been an established name in industry now for over 25yrs, currently turnover £160m and works on projects to the value of £40m.
About the role: The client is seeking to take on a degree qualified, highly driven and determined Senior Quantity Surveyor with knowledge and experience working within Groundworks & RC Frames packages from £15m – £30m. You must also have both highrise and basement experience and be required to manage and guide the more junior members of the commercial department.
About the requirements: You must be degree qualified and have worked in Civils for at least 8yrs, and ideally have managed a portfolio of groundworks & RC Frame packages.
