Site Engineer | Highways project | Bicester – Oxfordshire
Salary and package – £48-52k + a company van/fuel card.
About the Company: A Family orientated civil engineering business that covers multiple sectors. Infrastructure; demolition, construction and public realm. The business has been operating for over 50 years which grew from ground works and plant hire to what it is today.
About the Role: They currently require a Site Engineer for full scheme management of 278 works on a busy road project. The company are acting as PC to manage and deliver the groundworks package inc. road widening and infrastructure works on either side. Project includes- service trenching and diversions coordination; curbs and drainage; re-tarmacking. Potential for 5+ years work on the scheme.

- Demonstrable setting-out experience
- Groundworks/infrastructure experience, ideally having worked within the constraints of 278 schemes
- Sub-contractor management
- Cad experienced and trained
- Streets works tickets and TWC preferred
- Competent doing their own QA and as-builts
About the Requirements:
- A recognised Civil or Structural Engineering qualification at HNC level or above
- Working knowledge of Surveying Operations
- Working knowledge of Construction site operations and practice Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience
