SITE MANAGER – FULL BUILDING ENVELOPE – LONDON/SOUTH EAST – SALARY NEGOTIABLE
Site Manager required on a permanent basis to deliver the installation of multimillion-pound exterior envelope projects, predominately rainscreen cladding, curtain wall and glazing systems.
About the Client: SSA Ltd are recruiting for a Facades contractor that design, supply and install on exterior works across the South and South East of the UK. Due to continued growth they now have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join them. The starting project based in East London.
About the Role: As the Site Manager you will reporting directly to the Project Manager and will responsible for the following –
- Day to running of the site
- Supporting, coordinating and guiding the site teams
- Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and staff to ensure that all targets are achieved.
- Managing site safety checks and site quality control procedures
- Risk Management
- Ensuring projects are running smoothly, on time and within budget
About the Requirements:
- Driving license essential
- Stand-alone Site Management experience on sizable projects
- Experience with full envelope systems, rainscreen cladding, curtain wall and glazing.
- SMSTS, CSCS required. NVQ Level 6 preferable but not essential
- UK experience essential
