My client is a well-known Mid-Tier Commercial Builder that specialises in new build commercial projects. They require an experienced Project Manager to assist in the delivery of an Aged Care facility.

The Role

Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Manage projects through the from conception to completion
  • Coordinate site managers to ensure they get the best out of sub-contractors ensuring satisfactory completion of works.
  • You will have a dedicated CA
  • Monitor and review programs
  • Implement short-term programs of work.
  • Provide an exceptional level of service and value to the delivery process


  • Degree qualified in construction or similar
  • Come from a reputable head contractor background
  • Experience delivering commercial projects $15M+
  • Knows how to have a laugh and work within a team environment
  • Experience in commercial construction in the Melbourne market
