Growing PEMB and steel buildings contractor seeking an Estimator / Pre-Construction Coordinator to support industrial, aviation, recreational, warehouse, and commercial building projects across Western Canada.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare estimates, take-offs, and tender submissions
• Coordinate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Support procurement, scheduling, and pre-construction planning
• Coordinate with PMs, consultants, and field teams across multiple projects
Requirements:
• 3–7+ years of estimating or pre-construction experience
• PEMB or structural steel experience preferred
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
