CIVIL ESTIMATOR / JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER Langley / Lower Mainland, BC | Permanent, Full-Time THE OPPORTUNITY Our client is a well-established civil contractor based in the Lower Mainland, specialising in site servicing, road building, stormwater management, excavation, and land development support. They're looking for a mid-level Estimator/Junior Project Manager with around 5 years of experience who can grow into a broader project delivery role. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants both estimating and project management exposure in a smaller, hands-on environment rather than a heavy industrial setting. ABOUT OUR CLIENT A long-standing civil contractor in the Lower Mainland delivering a broad range of site servicing and land development civil work — including bulk excavation, shoring and pre-loading, storm water detention and infiltration systems, road building, demolition and land clearing, environmental remediation, and aggregates. Their project scope is more site development and land servicing focused, rather than large-scale heavy civil or infrastructure work — a good fit for someone looking for variety without the scale and complexity of major infrastructure projects.
