Remedial Project Manager | Sydney
Lead complex remedial projects with a respected engineering consultancy.
  
I am looking for an experienced Remedial Project Manager to join a growing consultancy delivering high-profile remedial building and structural projects across Sydney.
  
The Role:

• Manage remedial projects from investigation through to completion.
• Coordinate clients, contractors and consultants.
• Prepare proposals, tenders and technical reports.
• Oversee contract administration, budgets and project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and defect investigations.
• Build strong client relationships and mentor junior staff.

About You:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
• 3 to 5 years' experience delivering remedial, structural or façade projects.
• Knowledge of waterproofing, concrete remediation, structural repairs and building defects.
• Strong project management, contract administration and communication skills.
