Founded in 2008, we are a team of recruitment experts specialising in three main sectors: Construction, Civil Engineering & Specialisms. Due to growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing team.

The desk requires a strong candidate/account manager with business development skills to continue building our presence within the National Space. This desk offers a lot of variety and you will receive strong mentorship and development.

We have built a strong reputation globally and have offices currently in Sydney, Melbourne, New York, Dublin, Dubai, Vancouver and Toronto.

What experience will you ideally have? 

  • Degree qualified or similar
  • Experience within Sales or Recruitment
  • A proactive and positive approach to business development & relationship building
  • The ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and be highly organized
  • A warm, engaging and honest approach
