ICI Construction Site Superintendent

�� Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)

�� Full-Time | On-Site

Our client is a well-established General Contractor with a strong pipeline of ICI construction projects across Southwestern Ontario. They are currently seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site activities for ICI construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site staff
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
• Enforce site safety policies and ensure compliance with OHSA and company standards
• Conduct site meetings, inspections, and quality control reviews
• Coordinate inspections, deficiencies, and close-out activities
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, consultants, and clients

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent on ICI construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, building codes, and site safety regulations
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced site environments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with base building, fit-outs, renovations, or new-build ICI projects preferred
