SSA Group are seeking a Site Manager on behalf of a highly reputable Main Contractor, for a housing development in Co. Cavan.
The company in question are a growing, dynamic construction company with vast experience in the completion of projects of various types and sizes.
While they are a main contractor, they specialise in off site modular solutions, maximising efficiencies throughout the life cycle of their projects.
Their flexible approach to the efficient and cost-effective completion of high quality projects, has given them a distinct advantage, and means they have already secured their pipeline of work for the coming years.
The initial project is a housing development in Co. Cavan which will run for approximately 1.5 years, however the company have a strong pipeline of work in the surrounding counties so this is a long term, permanent position that would suit someone looking to base themselves in the region long-term.
€60k – €70k + package on offer.
To be successful in your application you will possess the following;
- Trade Qualifications (Carpentry), or Construction related qualification
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office Package
- Extensive experience in management of sub-contractors.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage personnel.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience work at Site Manager level
- Experience on residential projects in an advantage, but not essential.
