Our client is an established multi-trade contractor delivering mechanical and electrical work on major projects across the GTA. They’re adding a licensed 309A Electrician to their unionized field team.

What you’ll do:

• Install, terminate, test and maintain electrical systems on commercial, institutional and infrastructure projects
• Work from electrical drawings, schematics and specifications
• Install conduit, cable tray, wiring, panels, lighting and controls
• Coordinate on site with mechanical and other trades
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and systems
• Work safely and in line with OHSA and the Ontario Electrical Safety Code

What you bring:

• Valid 309A Certificate of Qualification, in good standing with Skilled Trades Ontario
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed electrician on construction sites
• Working at Heights and WHMIS (Lockout/Tagout, Arc Flash and Confined Space are assets)
• Union membership is required for this role
