Assistant & Project Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor

About the role:
This is a great opportunity for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join one of Ireland's leading Main Contractors. Based in Dublin or Cork, duties will include but not be limited to;
- Establish and maintain project files
- Procurement of subcontractors and agreeing final accounts
- Prepare valuations and progress reports
- Prepare take-off's from drawings and BoQ's
- Monitor costs to ensure budgets are adhered to
- Measure and value variations
About the company:
My client is a recognised Tier 1 Main Contractor with a track record of delivering Commercial, Residential, Education and Healthcare projects throughout Ireland.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking Assistant & Project Quantity Surveyors for a number of their new and existing Dublin sites.

Position requirements:
The successful candidate will ideally possess;
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Demonstrated Main Contractor experience
- 1-5 years experience in a similar role
