Job Description

My Client is a leading M&E Contractor seeking a Site-Based BIM Engineer to join their team on a major Semiconductor project in Germany.

The successful BIM Engineer will support BIM coordination, model management and technical project delivery while working closely with the wider project and design teams.

Your main duties will include:

• BIM coordination and model management.
• Developing and maintaining 3D BIM models.
• Supporting clash detection and model coordination.
• Working closely with project, design and site teams.
• Supporting construction teams with BIM requirements.
• Assisting with project documentation and handover.

What you will need:

• 3+ years' experience in a BIM Engineer or BIM Coordinator role.
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and Navisworks.
• Experience within Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor or Industrial projects is desirable.
• Relevant qualification.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
